What we collect and why

When you send the contact form or write to us, we receive your name, email address, subject and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying to messages addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes it for us

Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards email sent to our address; like any web server, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site. Our email inbox is provided by Google.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. Such transfers rely on the safeguards of Chapter V GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for at most two years after our last contact, unless a contract follows, in which case the statutory retention periods apply.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are served from this website itself.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to [email protected] to use them. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
